Day Four operates this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you buy, sign in, or ask for the free messages.
- Order records — the payment and order IDs from Razorpay, the amount, the currency and the status.
- What you type into the free generator — the business type and situation, so we can improve the tool. Don’t paste anything confidential into it.
- Basic usage events — which pages were viewed and which steps of checkout were reached, plus a hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting.
What we never see
Your card or bank details. Payment is handled entirely inside Razorpay’s checkout. We only ever receive whether a payment succeeded and its reference ID.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you paid for and to let you sign back in.
- To provide customer support when you email us.
- To send you the free resource and follow-up emails, if you asked for them.
- To keep records of sales, as tax law requires.
- To stop abuse of the free generator.
Who else processes it
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Resend — sending email.
- Anthropic — generating messages in the free tool.
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic statistics, if enabled.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe, and the address is removed from that list. Generator inputs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. We’ll respond within 30 days. Note that we may have to keep order records for tax purposes even after deleting everything else.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
