These terms apply when you use this website or buy The Client Follow-Up Kit from Day Four. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you are buying
A licence to use a digital product: written templates, prompts, a spreadsheet template, a guide and video content. You are not buying software, a service, or any ongoing work from us.
Your licence
You may:
- Use everything in the product for your own business, commercially, forever.
- Edit and adapt the templates however you like.
- Send messages based on them to your own clients and leads.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or give away the files.
- Publish the contents publicly or include them in your own paid product.
- Share your account login with people outside your own business.
The licence covers one business. If you want to deploy it across a team or for clients, email us about a team licence.
What we do and don’t promise
We promise the product contains what the product page says it contains, and that you will get access after paying.
We make no promise about results. We do not guarantee you will win more clients, earn more money, or get any particular reply rate. Results depend on your business, your market, your pricing and your own effort. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of income.
The product is general business material. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.
AI-generated content
The free generator produces text using an AI model. Output can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. Read anything it writes before you send it to a real person. You are responsible for what you send.
Payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees for visitors in India and US dollars elsewhere, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay under their own terms.
Refunds
Covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and your access available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the product; updates are included at no charge.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
Ending access
We may withdraw access without a refund if you redistribute the product or use it in breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute — without removing any protection consumer law in your own country gives you.
